Nancy Wagner is the owner of Wagner Law, a practice she started in 2012, after an almost 20-year legal career.
She graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1995 and joined the Washington, DC, office of Fried Frank, a 500+ member law firm with offices across the globe. Her practice there encompassed a wide range of government contracts litigation and counseling as well as white collar criminal defense and investigation, with an emphasis on False Claims Act qui tam litigation.
In 1999, Ms. Wagner joined Experience Works, Inc., of Arlington, VA, as Associate General Counsel and assisted this $100M non-profit with its goal of providing job training for senior citizens across the nation. In her role, Ms. Wagner was responsible for all government-funded contracts, as well as advising her client on a wide range of related issues.
In 2000, she returned to Cincinnati and joined GE Aviation, as an Information Technology lawyer, assisting her client into its first substantial web presence and leap into e-commerce. In 2003, she transitioned within GE from IT lawyer to Supply Chain and Commercial Contracts lawyer, leading legal and negotiation support of critical sourcing agreements and supporting commercial engine sales and service. Her role took her across the globe, with a primary focus in the markets of UK, Western and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. In addition, she was appointed as legal focal point for GE Aviation’s commercial real estate leases across the globe.
Ms. Wagner launched her own practice in early 2012, utilizing her diverse experience, discipline and creative problem-solving to represent Cincinnati-area businesses and families. With an emphasis on contracts, counseling and transactions, she represents a range of local companies, from start-ups to emerging growth companies.
Along with business law, she practices in estate planning, elder law and probate, with a focus on helping individuals and families of all kinds prepare for the future.
Traci Carr joined Wagner Law in November 2016. She earned her undergraduate degrees from Miami University in Oxford in 2010, graduating with a double major in Social Psychology and Philosophy. She acquired her J.D. in 2015 from Northern Kentucky University- Chase College of Law.
While completing her degrees, Traci was employed as a deputy sheriff for the Warren County Sheriff’s Office. She began her law enforcement career in 1998 as a road patrol deputy and was promoted to Sergeant in 2003. As a Sergeant, she was responsible for supervising the deputies under her command on road patrol, as well as assisting the Command Staff with various administrative tasks, such as administering grants. During her law enforcement career, Traci obtained a substantial amount of specialized training in supervision, crime scene processing, OVI/DUI enforcement, and investigations. She was a 2008 graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command, earning a 3.9 GPA. Traci left the Sheriff’s Office in July 2016 to pursue her law career full time here at Wagner Law.
A life-long resident of Southwestern Ohio, Traci is married and has two daughters. She is an avid musician who plays trumpet with the Southwestern Ohio Symphonic Band. She also sings with the Christ Church Glendale choir, with whom she travelled to Canterbury, England in August 2016 to be the choir in residence at Canterbury Cathedral.
Traci’s areas of practice include Criminal Defense, OVI Defense, Juvenile Law, Estate Planning, and Probate. Her passion for representing clients in a wide range of fields shows her enthusiasm for the practice of law.
Marsha Calloway-Campbell joined Wagner Law as a Senior Attorney in June, 2017. Marsha received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati and her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1985. She was admitted to the Ohio Supreme Court Bar in November, 1985 and to the United States Federal District Court Bar in 1994.
Since admittance to the Bar, Marsha has successfully navigated a dual-career: Market Research and Law. While attending law school, she worked at The Procter & Gamble Company in the Market Research Division. After graduation she was hired by P&G in Management in Market Research where her responsibilities included managing quantitative and qualitative studies for brand management and product development. Additionally, Marsha assisted law firms in preparing for litigation by conducting jury focus groups. Simultaneously, Marsha concentrated on growing a private law practice.
In 1994, Marsha joined the law firm of Freking & Betz where her practice of law primarily focused in the areas of Employment and Probate Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution (Mediations, Collaborative Law). She served as a volunteer mediator for the U.S. Federal District Court, 6th Circuit as well as an arbitrator for the Hamilton County Common Pleas Court. Participation in trial preparation was a primary role which included conducting jury focus groups/mock trials as well as Juror Questionnaire analysis. She then assisted in the Voir Dire process during trials.
Marsha later returned to the private practice of law focusing on Estate Planning and Probate.
After leaving P&G, Marsha continues her role as Principal/Founder of a Market Research consultancy firm.
Joining Wagner Law allows Marsha to continue caring about and serving families as they navigate life changes as they get older. She currently practices in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning and Social Security.
